• Each artwork and sculpture is unique. Images provided on the website are as accurate as possible, but slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur.
• Availability is subject to change without notice. If a Product is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you and provide a full refund.

   

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in AUD and include GST where applicable.
• Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via WooCommerce’s secure checkout system.
• We accept major credit/debit cards and other payment methods as listed on the checkout page.

   

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship artworks and sculptures Australia-wide.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on size, weight, and destination.
• We aim to dispatch items within 5 business days of payment being received. Custom or large artworks may require longer lead times, which will be communicated at purchase.
• Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays, regional restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays outside our control.
• Risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you upon delivery.

   

5. Returns & Refunds

Because our artworks and sculptures are unique and often fragile, our return and refund policy is as follows:

• Change of Mind: We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully before purchasing.
• Damaged or Faulty Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@emilystreetshed.com.au. Provide photos of the damage and your order number.
  • Where possible, we will arrange a replacement or repair.
  • If a replacement is not available, a full refund will be provided.
• Return Process: If a return is authorised, items must be securely packaged in original or equivalent protective packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to damage/fault caused before delivery.
